Nick graduated from Eckerd College in St Petersburg FL in May of 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Global Affairs and Political Science. During his time at Eckerd College Nick was actively involved in clubs and organizations and assisted with the creation of the Eckerd College Emergency Response Team. Additionally, Nick participated and lead service trips abroad to Nicaragua and Guatemala. He spent over a month in Ghana in an intense cultural immersion program and assisted with the construction of a clinic in a remote village. Nick was selected for a highly competitive program to travel to The Hague and Strasbourg to study Human Rights, International Law and Justice, and observe proceedings and policies at institutions such as the International Criminal Court, International Court of Justice, European Court of Human Rights, International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, Special Court for Sierra Leone, and the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons. After graduation Nick attended several rigorous professional pathways courses at NYU such as India: Growth, Globalization, and Geopolitics; China’s Emergence as a Global Power; and Urbanization and Food Security.
Nick grew up in an Army family. His father served 30 years and retired as Colonel. Nick has moved 13 times and spent a good portion living in Venezuela and Argentina. Nick recently moved to Miami to attend Florida International University and pursue a Master of Arts in Global Affairs. He is additionally pursuing a Graduate Certification in National Security Studies and was selected to be an Intelligence Fellow through the Intelligence Community Center for Academic Excellence.
His interests include Intelligence, Surveillance, Terrorism/Extremism, Radicalization, and Global Public Health.
