Richard Crusan

Mr. Crusan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy with a concentration in the History of Latin America, a Masters in Education from the University of Georgia with a concentration in Physical Education, and a Masters in Business Administration from Florida International University. His military education includes Armor Crewman Course, Military Police Officer Basic and Advance Courses, Counterterrorism Course, NBC Defense Course, Defense Information Security Course, Combined Arms and Services Staff School and the Public Affairs Qualification Course.

He retired from active duty service in 2005 after serving as the Public Affairs Officer for US Army South. Following retirement, Mr. Crusan served as a Plans Officer for the G3 Operations, US Army North Atlantic Treaty Organization at SHAPE, Belgium. In 2007, he became the Deputy G3 Operations Officer for the same command after its relocation to Schwetzingen, Germany. In 2012, he relocated to Miami to serve as the Executive Officer and Plans and Operations Specialist of the US Southern Command Public Affairs Office. In 2017, he accepted a temporary reassignment promotion to serve as a Foreign Disclosure Officer for U.S. Southern Command.
