Andrea Morales graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and an undergraduate certificate in Middle Eastern studies. While studying abroad at the American University in Dubai for one spring semester, she was the recipient of two awards, the William Jefferson Clinton and Benjamin A. Gilman International scholarships. Currently, Andrea works at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Miami (de facto Consulate General of Taiwan) as the Administrative Assistant to the Director General. She has previously interned at the International Rescue Committee office in Miami as a Civics Assistant. Andrea is originally from Venezuela but grew up in Utah and later moved to Miami and has working knowledge of Spanish. Her interests include foreign policy, climate change, and women’s rights.
